Kevin Pakenham
Owner and Sales Associate
Kevin started Pflugerville Roofing and Exteriors LLC in 2018 and after continuing to grow outside of Pflugerville and into different areas we decided to change the name to MPACT Roofing. Kevin has over 28 years of experience in construction, roofing, and working with and for insurance companies. Kevin is dedicated to providing quality materials honest customer service and helping customers in assisting them with their insurance claims.
Jennifer Pakenham
Owner and General Manager
Jennifer helps oversee the day-to-day office tasks, daily jobs, events, marketing materials, website, and customer service, managing our job boards as well as assisting our Office Manager/Bookkeeper, Stormy.
Stormy Selvera
Office Manager and Bookkeeper
Stormy has been with MPACT since April 2022 and has a vital role in running the entire office, all of our employees, and the many programs that we use, assisting our sales associates and the production manager, as well as doing payroll, creating marketing for events, updating social media platforms, answering phones and scheduling appointments. Stormy has many years of experience in the roofing industry.
Hallie Jones
Administrative Assistant
Hallie has been with MPACT since May 2022. Hallie helps with the day-to-day business by answering phones, scheduling initial inspections, contacting insurance companies regarding supplements, assisting sales associates as needed, helping with all marketing, customer service and assisting the office manager, and submitting all roof warranties when a job is completed. Hallie contacts each customer during the job process ensuring they are kept up to date.
Matthew Holmquist
(Bilingual) Field Manager
Matthew joined the MPACT Team in February 2023. He has over 25 years of roofing and construction experience. His knowledge in commercial and residential roofing is extensive. Matthew is a valuable member on our team, and we are very excited to have him on board as our Field Manager.
Cody Bartlett
Sales Associate
Cody joined the MPACT Team in December of 2022. He has over 8 years of roofing and construction experience and he has extensive knowledge as a sales associate and working with customers. Cody is a valuable asset and we are excited to have him join our team.
Doug Bennefield
Sales Associate
Doug has been with MPACT since July 2018. Doug and his family have been amazing friends with our family for 15 years. Doug is one of our top sales associates and is a huge asset to our team. Doug’s experience with Drones helps us take clear pictures of the damage to the entire roof.
